Everything you need to know about Girls Brunch Vibes:

  • Absolutely. Girls Brunch isn’t about being a “good dancer” — it’s about moving your body in a way that feels good to you. Whether you love to dance your heart out or simply soak in the energy, you belong on our dance floor.

  • Not at all. Many women come solo, and it’s one of the most beautiful parts of the experience. Girls Brunch is intentionally designed to help women connect naturally, so whether you arrive solo or with friends, you’ll never feel alone here.

  • Girls Brunch is not a meal, it's a vibe! And nobody comes to Girls Brunch to sit, which is why we have teamed up with Set the Bar (@setthebarwpg) to bring you Brunch Bites. Their Signature Charcuterie Cups are made for mingling and keeping you feeling light on the dance floor. The gluten friendly/vegan option may be requested when booking, for those who secure their spot a week before the event. We recommend arriving with a little fuel in your system.

  • Girls Brunch flows between high-energy dance moments and intentional connection. Expect a wild and free PWR HR on the dance floor, guided sharing circles, time to mingle, and thoughtful touches that make the experience feel special and unique. No two events are ever the same, but the feeling when you leave is always consistent.

  • Each Girls Brunch has a theme, and you’re encouraged to play along as it adds to the fun and the energy in the room. That said, there’s no pressure. Wear whatever makes you feel like the Main Character you are. And most importantly, wear shoes you can dance in.

  • It’s both — without being heavy or awkward. Girls Brunch blends joy, movement, and connection in a way that feels light, fun, and meaningful. You’ll laugh, dance, and feel the therapeutic magic of the morning.

  • Very much so. While drinks may be available, Girls Brunch isn’t built around alcohol. The focus is on movement, music, connection, and energy. Whether you’re sipping a cocktail, a mocktail, coffee, or nothing at all, the experience meets you exactly where you are. Over consuming is not the vibe here.

  • Yes. Girls Brunch is intentionally a women-only experience inclusive of those who identify as women. Creating a space just for women allows for deeper connection, freedom of expression, and a sense of safety that’s central to the energy we’re cultivating. As soon as you walk in, you’ll understand why.

  • Neither. Girls Brunch is designed for adult women of all ages to connect, move, and feel alive together. If this is calling to you, trust that feeling. Most of our community falls between their 30s–50s, but all adult women are welcome

  • Girls Brunch uniquely takes place during the day, because who doesn’t like a day party? Typically on a Sunday morning, it’s designed to feel energizing, not draining. You can dance, mingle, connect and go enjoy the rest of your weekend.
